Itinerary FOR: 4 DAYS TOUR FROM  MARRAKECH TO Fes:

Day 1: MARRAKECH – Ait Ben Haddou – DADES GORGES:

In the morning, our driver will meet you at the airport or your accommodation. We’ll travel through the High Atlas Mountains, admiring the incredible landscapes along the way. We’ll go up Tizi N Talghamt pass, before continuing toward Ouarzazate. Drive through the road of Talouet. Stopping at Panormaa over Berber villages and then continue to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and filming location for movies such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Our journey then continues to Ouarzazate, known as the ‘Hollywood of Africa,’ where we’ll explore Taourirt Kasbah and the Ouarzazate Film Studios. Afterward, we’ll pass through the palm groves of Skoura where you’ll visit Ameridile Kasbah, one of the ancient kasbahs in the region.  We’ll then head to Dades Gorges to admire the remarkable rock formations known as the ‘Monkey Fingers,’ Then you’ll be taken to Tisadrine, a beautiful wavy road over Dades Gorges where you’ll watch an incredible sunset view then take you to your accommodation where you’ll spend the night.

Day 2: Dades gorges – Todra Gorges – MERZOUGA DESERT:

We’ll depart toward Merzouga desert passing through the Red Mountrains, enjoying the wonderful landscapes along the way. Arriving at Todra Gorges, a breathtaking gorges with height of 320 meters, a great place for Mountains climbers. Enjoy a guided tour through the gorges then head toward the Sahara desert of Merzouga marveling the incredible landscapes. Making stop at Melaab, where you’ll get the chance to try Berber weeding dress. After that, proceed to Merzouga desert. Upon arrival in Merzouga meet your camel guide and set off on a camel trip across the wonderful dunes of Merzouga. You’ll make a stop for a eye catching sunset over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. After that, continue to your desert camp where you’ll spend second night of your 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes.

Day 3: Merzouga full day tour:

After enjoying breakfast at your desert camp, we’ll begin a journey through the stunning dunes of Merzouga. You’ll have the chance to meet nomadic families, learn about their way of life, and taste a traditional Berber pizza. The trip then continues to Khamlia village, where you’ll experience the rhythms of African Gnawa music. After lunch, we’ll head to the Hassi Lbeid oasis for a pleasant walk among its greenery, before transferring you to your accommodation for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Merzouga desert- Midelt- Ifrane – Fes:

After breakfast at your desert camp, we will then head toward Fes, passing through amazing landscapes along the way. Stopping in Aoufous where you’ll see one of the largest oasis in the region. Continuing the journey, we’ll cross the Tizi N’Talghemt pass; where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views over the Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll arrive in Midelt, the ‘Apple Capital,’ where you’ll have time to explore the city before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.
