DAY 1: TRAVELING MOROCCO FROM AGADIR – OPEN ARRIVAL
Your seven-day journey begins with a transfer from Agadir Airport to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax after your arrival and enjoy a walk along Agadir’s corniche. DAY 2: AGADIR – TIZNIT – MIRLEFT – LEGZIRA
After breakfast, depart Agadir and travel south along the Atlantic coastline. Your first stop is the Souss-Massa National Park, a protected natural reserve known for its ecological diversity.
Continue to Tiznit, a historic town renowned for its craftsmanship in silver jewelry. After exploring its fortified walls and traditional workshops, proceed along the coastal road toward Aglou Beach, where a lunch break is scheduled.
The journey continues through Mirleft and Sidi Ifni, offering dramatic ocean views and rugged landscapes. By late afternoon, arrive at Legzira Beach, famous for its striking red rock arches carved by wind and waves. Overnight accommodation in a local hotel near the beach.
DAY 3: LEGZIRA – TAFRAOUTE – TAROUDANT
Depart the Atlantic coast and travel inland toward Taroudant, often referred to as “Little Marrakech.” The route passes through Guelmim, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara,” and continues into the foothills of the Anti-Atlas Mountains.
Along the way, you will encounter small oases and Berber villages set against a backdrop of dramatic mountainous scenery. A stop is planned at the Painted Rocks near Tafraoute, where large granite boulders display striking colors within a circular valley of pink-white stone.
After lunch, continue through landscapes dotted with argan trees before reaching Taroudant. Known for its impressive ramparts and vibrant souks, the town offers an authentic atmosphere. Overnight stay in a traditional riad.
DAY 4: TAROUDANT – TALIOUINE – ZAGORA
After breakfast, explore the medina of Taroudant, walking through its historic walls and lively markets. Continue toward Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital, where you will visit a local cooperative to learn about the cultivation and production of this precious spice.
The journey proceeds across varied terrain, passing historical kasbahs and traditional villages. In the afternoon, stop at Agdz, once an important resting point for trans-Saharan caravans.
Travel through the magnificent Draa Valley, characterized by extensive palm groves stretching along Morocco’s longest river. Arrive in Zagora for dinner and overnight accommodation in a hotel.
DAY 5: ZAGORA – TAZARINE – MERZOUGA DESERT
Depart Zagora and travel toward the Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga. Along the way, visit fortified oases and pre-Saharan ksours that reflect centuries of desert architecture.
Pass through Nekoub, Tazzarine, Alnif, and Rissani, the cradle of the Alaouite dynasty. In Rissani, visit the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and explore the historic ksar of Abdel Halim.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA DESERT – TODRA GORGES – OUARZAZATE

After lunch, continue through the Dades Valley, admiring its dramatic rock formations and fortified villages. Travel along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” through the Valley of Roses in Kalaat M’Gouna, known for its annual rose festival and local rose products.
