4 days Trip from TANGER to MARRAKECH via FES, MERZOUGA and DADES VALLEY

Explore Marrakech and Merzouga desert in a 4 days tour:

• explore the rif mountains and Chefchaouen
• enjoy the wilderness in cedar forests
• experience camels trek through the erg chebbi sand dunes

Itinerary FOR; 4 DAYS TOUR FROM TANGIER TO MARRAKECH VIA MERZOUGA DESERT:

Day1: Tanger – Chefchaouen – Fes

The first day of our four days trip  start from the port where we will meet you to start traveling via the rif mountains and Tetoun city.

The landscape all the way is very impressive and this lead us to one of the most wonderful villages in the downhills of the rif mountains it is Chefchaouen .

Chefchaouen that is  the place where we have lunch, has a brilliant Spanish style square and around this square there is many arts and crafts shops,restaurants and cafes.

We will stay the night in Fes.

Day2: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Gorges – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga

We will take you from the riad to go through the middle of High Atlas mountains and arrive to Ifrane and Azrou.

It is a great chance for you to stop in the natural habitat of Barbarian Apes at the cedar forest.

Our way to Midelt be long and wonderful through Tizi Ntalghamt pass and along Ziz Georges . And  the volcanic rocks gives this place a distinguished view.

Also the scenery is changing and that reveals hints of the desert and the views of Middle Atlas hill tells that you  are approaching to Errachidia where we have lunch and continue through Ziz valley towards Erfoud , Rissani and Merzouga.  

This is the time for you to have a glass of mint tea before starting the camel trek for about one hour and a half  towards Erg chebbi sand dunes.

Also don’t worry about the unnecessary luggage because we will leave them in a safe room and this allows us to enjoy the highest sand dunes in North Africa which are Erg chebbi sand dunes.

It is interesting to enjoy the Berber drums under desert stars after having a delicious  dinner and  night will be in  Berber tents  which are well equipped tents by mattresses, blanketsand cushion. 

Day3: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

The sunrise views are impressive and of course you don’t want to miss it so you will be waken up very early to enjoy the unforgettable views  . Then  we will go back to the hotel on the camels to have breakfast and showers and start traveling by passing many places as Tinghir and todra Gorges but the dinner and overnight  will be in Dades valley

Day4: Dades Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate- Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – High Atlas mountain – Marrakech

Our day will start after having breakfast so we will go to Kalaa Mgouna and Ouarzazate through the Dades valley.

The way is very very beautiful and this gives you the chance to take wonderful photos in the way of thousands Kasbahs  and some of the places are Roses valley and skhoura villages before arriving to the Hollywood of Africa which is Ouarzazate . Also the lunch will be in the largest Kasbah in Morroco and the UNESCO’s international  heritage that is Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah .

Through the wonderful Tizi N tichka pass we will go to an altitude of 2260 m over the High Atlas mountains.

Also this is the chance for you to know about Argan oil making in the cooperative.

Then we will arrive to Marrakech in the afternoon.
